Councilman Donny Shroyer
It has been both an honor and a priviledge to serve the residents of the City of St Cloud for the past seven years. We have enhanced the area surrounding the lake front, celebrated New Years Eve with a downtown block party and are in the middle of renovating New York Ave. I'm asking you to re-elect me to one more term so that we can finish what we started.
Former Florida House Speaker Dean Cannon
As a teacher, coach, small business owner, and elected official...Donny Shroyer knows the importance of integrity and hard work. I have personally worked with Donny on numerous issues and can attest to his straightforward way of communicating, pursuit of streamlined government operations on both a local and state level, and constant focus on what's in the best interest for the citizens of St Cloud.
A RECORD TO BE PROUD OF
FLORIDA TURNPIKE COMPLETION
Donny successfully advocated and secured state funding for the completion of the southern diamond of St Cloud's Kissimmee Park road turnpike interchange.
With New York Avenue renovations underway, our downtown corridor is going to be an economic driver for new businesses to thrive and for residents to enjoy.
FOUGHT FIRE FEE PROPOSAL
Donny stood up for the residents and small business owners against proposed fire fee increases that would have hurt our local economy.

CURRENT ISSUES AND COMMITMENTS FROM DONNY INCLUDE MANAGING:
Donny believes in reining in out of control growth. Smart growth must consider traffic control patterns and storm water runoff. This is key to building our community the way.
Donny is committed to improving our current infrastructure to inlcude better roads, water sustainability, sewer capacity and storm water runoff.
Stability in the public safety sector to insure adequate service levels for our Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Personnel.
Donny believes in encouraging a healthy and vibrant St Cloud by promoting more gyms and pools for community use.
Donny believes in helping our local small businesses grow as much as recruiting new business to the City. High wage jobs will be the focus.
